Join Stephanie Aiken, Owner of Barre3, as she leads us through an introductory class. Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. By offering modifications for every move and empowering our clients to honor their own needs, we challenge each individual, helping them discover results—both inside and out—and build body positivity. We will start the class at 4:15 and then head over to Postino at 5pm. Postino is offering a space for us as well as 10% off food and drink! Let's work for our wine AND love our bodies this month!

The Women's Business Alliance is the women's network within the Chamber & EDC. This group works to connect and empower women through
