BESO's Wine Pairing Dinner is a fantastic five course meal; each course specifically paired with a delicious South American wine to discover and enhance the flavors of the food.  Our chef and and owners will greet each guest to begin the evening with a delightful first course.  Throughout the evening our wine expert and chef will explain each course's food and wine to educate and further your knowledge of the South American region.   Join us as we come together for this unique and exquisite experience in Highlands Ranch.
