Who Is That In The Mirror?
A workshop for family caregivers to help you understand Alzheimer's and Cognitive Decline. We will briefly discuss the types of dementia and what to expect at each stage of the Journey. Next will will arm you with practical ways to cope and communicate with your loved one. Lastly, we will provide understanding of your community resources.
