Dr. Erika Michalski is the founder and Chief Encouragement Officer of Strategically Authentic. She has worked with a wide variety of clients across the globe helping individuals and teams leverage who they are to get where they want to go.
We are excited to have Dr. Michalski bring over a decade of success working with clients in areas of professional development, project management, strategic planning, and effective leadership to Northwest Douglass County. She believes that effective programming helps develop both mindset AND skillset, and this event promises to be packed full of tools and techniques related to both.
The interactive workshops will focus on:
Section 1:
Amplifying Authenticity
We will start by establishing an authentic foundation. By exploring an authentic definition of success and using that as a metric for conversations about goal setting and professional development through an authentic lens, we will create a framework that has unique components for each participant.
Section :2
Neuroscience of Satisfaction
This session is when Dr. Michalski kicks the science up a notch! It builds off the framework established in the first section but shifts the focus to the four neurological tracks that directly contribute to a state of satisfaction. Along with helping participants consider tactical ways to deepen satisfaction in their lives, we will also explore how to consider the concepts as a framework for establishing a culture of satisfaction in the workplace.
4 Virtual Follow-Up Events at no extra charge
After the in-person program, Dr. Erika will lead 4 independent virtual sessions to focus on the different neurological tracks presented in the second section of the onsite event. Each session will highlight ways to strengthen one specific neurological channel with practical tips and action items that can be immediately applied.
Workshop fee:
