BESO's Wine Pairing Dinner is a fantastic five course meal; each course specifically paired with a delicious Domestic wines to discover and enhance the flavors of the food.  Our executive chef and and owners will greet each guest to begin the evening with a delightful first course.  Throughout the evening our wine expert and executive chef will explain each course's food and wine to educate and further your knowledge of wines found here in the U.S.  Dress up, put on your favorite mask and colorful beads and get ready to start celebrating Mardi Gras!
