BESO's Wine Pairing Dinner is a fantastic five course meal; each course specifically paired with a delicious Mediterranean wines to discover and enhance the flavors of the food.  Our executive chef and and owners will greet each guest to begin the evening with a delightful first course.  Throughout the evening our wine expert and executive chef will explain each course's food and wine to educate and further your knowledge of wines found here in the Mediterranean region.  Celebrate the Ides of March as we feast like Caesar and Mark Antony!
