BBQ 101

Want to turn into a real-life backyard BBQ hero? Want to take your Barbecue to another level? From fuel and tools to recipes and techniques, there will be no briquette unturned. Whole Foods Market will once again be coming to the amateur cook?s rescue! Professionals will be teaching participants to select, marinade, barbecue and grill their favorite meats. The Lone Tree Brewing Company will be on hand showcasing some of their favorite beers for you to enjoy (included in registration fee.) Participants will be able to sample the delicious results of the evening?s barbecuing. This is a casual classroom setting in the Debus Wildcat Mountain Auditorium at the Recreation Center at Southridge. This class always sells out, so get your tickets early so you don?t miss out!
