SUMMARY:Virtual Monthly Membership Luncheon - June 2020
DESCRIPTION:Moving Forward When Your Company Has Taken a Hit: Implement new disciplines as your company maneuvers through this challenging new environment.\n\n \n\nEOS Implementer\, Wendy Skaalerud\, will present 7 disciplines to help organizations navigate their businesses during this rapidly shifting time. From energy management\, to customer relationships and a new Accountability Chart\, she will share what is working for customers across the EOS network worldwide. \n\n \n\n\n\nWendy Skaalerud began her entrepreneurial career at the age of 21\, owning multiple businesses. In 2005\, Wendy co-founded Capital Lending Solutions\, a boutique business financing firm. She developed a solid understanding of Entrepreneurial business practices\, having advised several owners on best practices through all phases of the startup process as well as scaling and exit strategy.\n\nIn 2011\, Wendy\, along with her husband\, became among the first regional franchise developers for Orangetheory Fitness. In six short years\, the Skaaleruds grew the OTF Colorado enterprise to over 23\,000 members and employing over 150 staff.\n\nThe Colorado Region of OTF\, under the leadership of the Wendy and her team\, won multiple awards for Best Area Developers. Based on the immediate demand for brand consistency and transfer of culture\, Wendy spent many hours refining the business model and core values. In so doing\, she insured the strength of the model and its sustainability over time.\n\nAfter selling Oranetheory Fitness in August of 2018\, Wendy explored multiple avenues that would provide a proven platform to further support Entrepreneurs as they were experiencing challenges and opportunities in the development of their business. Through multiple interviews with her own mentors\, Wendy discovered those implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)\, were finding positive life changing shifts in their organizations. She immediately adopted EOS in her own business and became a Professional EOS Implementor.\n\nIn addition to her EOS business\, Wendy is in process of opening a new franchise concept in Colorado called Big Blue Swim School and speaks in numerous settings sharing her experience and passion for Entrepreneurial success.
