DESCRIPTION:Dr. Joyce Moore\, Breast Surgeon with Sky Ridge will be the speaker. The topic will be  "Breast health and the latest innovations following a diagnosis of breast cancer."\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us each month for lunch!  Our member luncheons offer great networking\, an opportunity to make with new business connections and catch up with other.  Each month we line up a different guest speaker to help keep our members up-to-date on the local community\, business hot topics\, statewide information and much more.\n\n\n\nIn order to get an accurate head count\, registration will close the Monday before lunch.\n\n \nDr. Joyce Moore came home to Colorado after graduating from Stanford University. She attended medical school and completed her residency training at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Moore is board certified in General Surgery. She specializes in breast disease and endocrine surgery. A large portion of her practice focuses on breast cancer detection and treatment.\n\nDr. Moore is the co-director of the Sky Ridge Breast Center. She enjoys going on medical mission trips around the world. Her mose recent trips have been to Honduras and Africa.  She has been married for 21 years\, she has two teenage daughters. She loves spending time with her four legged pets\, 2 horses\, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Dr. Moore's hobbies include running marathons\, riding horses and most importantly her family.\n\n               1 in 7 women in Colorado will get breast cancer in her lifetime.  That may be your wife\, friend\, mother\, sister.  We are all affected.  Dr. Joyce Moore\, a breast surgeon with Sky Ridge Medical Center\, will talk about the latest guidelines for mammography\, 3D mammography\, risk factors and where to turn if you or someone you love is the 1 in 7.
