DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the first Men of Business of 2016 at FIT36 and meet Karen Pierce\, the owner of FIT36 . Karen has designed an optional special\, modified class for MOB members and guests who want to enjoy a tiny taste of a workout .12 minutes total with 8 minutes of workout! \n\n \n\nAbout FIT36 \n\nIf you're ready to work harder and smarter in just 36 minutes\, FIT36 has the workout for you. The workout offers interval training that changes and challenges all under the guidance of certified personal trainers. No traditional workout can provide elite-level results in 36 minutes or less. No traditional fitness plan can match the efficiency of FIT36 . FIT36 run circuits for two weeks at a time\, and uses everything from kettlebells to TRX and beyond. Heart rate monitors are available to keep you in the proper anaerobic zone throughout the workout.\n\n \n\nThere will be door prizes\, drinks and healthy appetizers and a special drawing for those who participate in the modified workout! \n\n \n\nWe look forward to seeing you there!\n\n\n\nTired of all the other networking groups\, the "Go team" rah\, rah? How about the "7a.m. every week be there or we'll kick you out" groups? We are too\, which is why we have started The Men of Business (M.O.B.)!\n\nThis group of businessmen are looking for a few good men\, businessmen that is\, to network with in a casual atmosphere with no agendas other than to get to know each other and ultimately build networking relationships.\n\n\n\nIn an effort to provide our hosts with more accurate numbers of attendees for upcoming events\, pre-registration will close the Monday before the event.
