We do spend a majority of our day behind that desk or with our coworkers. \n\nWe will be identifying and looking at the prevalence of mental health in America\, specifically the workplace. We will look at de-escalation techniques to utilize when in the workplace and how to promote a safe and healthy work environment. We learn CPR and the Heimlich\, and now we can learn how to help someone in a crisis. \n\n\n \n\nPre-Registration is required\, as we have to get numbers to the caterer in advance.
