F45 is its very own style of training with combined elements of conventional weight training\, body weight training & cardio. Trialed and tested at F45 headquarters in Sydney by the world's leading fitness professionals\, each of these super series workouts is finely tuned to achieve maximum results in 45 minutes. \n\n \n\nF45 is for ALL fitness levels because we are timed based\, not rep based.  This means that we provide the exercises\, the technology and the programs and YOU provide the intensity.
